My name is Tim Kulawiak and I'm a musician and writer. I come from a family of rich Polish and Irish heritage; however, I struggle to connect to older generations without their language. This project sought to find connection through a different form: music.

 

It consists of three recorded conversations with members of my family, and a musical performance that sets that audio to music.
